This is one of restaurants I would recommend to everyone who wants to taste a different kind of dish or a foods that are foreign in your place especially when you are in Mactan or Cebu City. If you happen to dropped by at Days inn Hotel, you will find here the Santiago Restaurant, the first South American Restaurant in the country so far.
The ambiance of a place is a very unique setting inspired from South American Culture mixed with Latin music. The location is in the Days Inn Hotel near the road going to the airport, so it is very good for those travelers who just arrived in Mactan.
The food itself is inspired from South American Recipes, some of the ingredients are delivered from other countries in order to make the dishes. The food itself is very tasty and light in the stomach, they have this ingredients that make a unique taste with a bit of spices, which I have never tasted before.
I recommend the place for romantic dates and they also cater weddings, parties and other big activities.
